This scintillating figure belongs to 29 year old Kim van Rijn old from the Netherlands. She is 168 cm tall and her weight is 53 kg after a cutting period for her photo shoot.
This was for the photo shoot for her brother before his Flexcup challenge where she also was featuring in the picture. She took it very seriously and this is the result.
She says the keys were discipline and the power to motivate yourself every day again and again, keep a positive vibe and eat clean.
