"Top three tips:

- Eat clean! Stay away from processed foods and refined carbohydrate.

-Drink 3-4 liters of water a day! Being dehydrated slows down your metabolism.

-More weight training, less aerobic"



"Everyone’s ideal body is possible, they just have to work for it, they have to believe in themselves, and they have to be dedicated.

The hardest part is starting, but once you see results it gives you so much more motivation."
